¶1A perusal of the prayer of the writ petition shows that the petitioner desires the correction of the electricity bill of his Account No. 8307724000.

¶2Learned counsel for the electricity department Sri Pranjal Mehrotra states that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the wrong billing then he can approach the relevant Executive Engineer under Clause 6.5 of the Electricity Code, 2005.

¶3Under such circumstances, if the petitioner approaches the relevant Executive Engineer under Clause 6.5 of the Electricity Code, 2005 within a period of two weeks from today, let the representation of the petitioner be decided in accordance with law within the next one month. For the period of two months or till the representation is decided, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
