Judgment

Court No. - 47 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 20257 of 2023 Petitioner :- Bilal Khan And 11 Others Respondent :- Regional Manager Central Warehousing Corporation And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Sunil Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- Praveen Kumar Hon'ble Manish Kumar Nigam,J.

¶1Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Praveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 i.e. Regional Manager, Central Warehousing Corporation at Lucknow to regularize the petitioners in the office of State Warehousing Corporation Depot Shahjahanpur, District Shahjahanpur on same post, those are working in the office of respondent no. 2 since 8 years till date;"

¶3Sri Praveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has vehemently opposed the present petition. According to him, the petition is not maintainable.

¶4However, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in case of certain other employees, same directions have been issued by this Court which are from page No. 53 to page No. 55 of the paper-book of the writ petition. In view that this fact that this Court has already issued directions to consider the claim of the similarly circumstanced employee, it would be expedient in the interest of justice that this writ petition may also be disposed of on the same terms.

¶5In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order passed in Writ A No.5424 of 2023 decided on 29.03.2023. Order Date :- 6.12.2023 Nitika Sri. (Manish Kumar Nigam, J.) High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
