¶1None appeared on behalf of the applicant even in revised call, however, learned AGA for the State is present.

¶2On 20.11.2023 court concerned was directed to submit a report on the next date with regard to current status of the trial. In pursuant to the order dated 20.11.2023 passed by this Court, report of the trial court has been received, which has been flagged as 'A'. From perusal of the report of the trial court, it appears that trial of the case has already been concluded on 07.01.2021 and applicant has been acquitted, therefore, it appears that the instant bail application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
