¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner who is working as Assistant Development Officer (Panchayat) since 1999, wants benefit under the 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. for having worked with the respondent for requisite years for the said purposes as per government order dated 05.11.2014.

¶3Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner in above regard has already approached the competent authority in the matter vide representation dated 29.10.2023 but the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Jhansi has not passed any order upon his representation.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the petitioner's representation being directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.

¶5In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent respondent authority to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 29.10.2023 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
