¶1The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that his application for security from certain criminal elements in the society is not being decided by the Police Commissioner

Prayagraj

i.e. respondent no. 3.

¶2The petitioner may make fresh application before the District Magistrate, Prayagraj and Police Commissioner Commissionerate, Prayagraj who shall ensure that the case of the petitioner is submitted before the District Level Committee constituted for the purpose and appropriate orders are passed by the District Level Committee within a period of one month from the date of filing of application by the petitioner.
