¶2On 21.11.2023, the last date of listing, this court has passed the following order :- "Shri Suraj Kumar Singh appearing on behalf of Shri Sharda Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the learned counsel for the applicant Shri Sharda Prasad is not well. Therefore, he has prayed for adjournment of the case. From perusal of the record it appears that on more than four occasions, the matter has been adjourned on the illness of learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, put up this matter peremptorily on 6.12.2023. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. The matter shall not be treated as tied up or part heard to this Bench."
