¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) Issue order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.3 and 4 to handover the vacated share of the said house to petitioner over the disputed property. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble court be pleased.

ii) Issue a writ order or direction to direct the Respondent No.3 and to decide the Application dated 16.10.2023 of Petitioner within stipulated period."

¶3A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and her brother-in-law and in the garb of present petition, petitioner wants to settle the dispute between them.

¶4In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the mater.
