Subedar Yadav & Ors) arising out of Case Crime No. 221 of 2003, under Sections 342, 386, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Nizamabad, District-Azamgarh pending in the Court of C.J.M., Azamragr within stipulated period of time. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to trial court to conclude the trial of aforesaid case expeditiously as early as possible in accordance with law subject to full co-operation by the applicant, if there is no other legal impediment.
