¶1Heard learned counsel petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2This writ petition is preferred for following principal relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.3 and 4 to conclude the pending inquiry against the respondent no.5 and 6 in pursuance of the complaint dated 29.01.2023 made by the petitioner with regard to demand of illegal gratification within a time bound period as may be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3After substantial argument, this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and it may be dismissed as not pressed.
