¶1Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that since after filing of this writ petition, Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Borad, Prayagraj has passed order on 6.12.2023, therefore he is not pressing this writ petition at this stage but he may be given liberty to challenge the order dated 6.12.2023, if so required.
