¶1Heard Shri R.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel for State respondents.
¶2In pith and substance, the grievance of the petitioners is that respondent nos.6 and 7 are interfering in peaceful possession of the petitioners over property in dispute inspite of the interim order/ injunction accorded in their favour.
¶3After substantial argument, once the Court has declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition.
¶4In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, the petitioners are at liberty to avail the remedy as available in law. Order Date :- 7.12.2023 SP/ High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
