Since final orders of externment have alredy been passed against the petitioner, against which remedy of appeal has not been exhausted, as such we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. It is, however, provided that in the event petitioner prefers an appeal within a week from today, the same shall be entertained without taking any objection with regard to limitation and the appellate authority shall make all endeavours to dispose of the stay application within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of such appeal.
