Learned Standing Counsel points out that against the order impugned there is a remedy of filing a revision as by the order impugned the election petition has been decided finally. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some time may be granted to file a revision and a direction may be issued for disposal of the same in a stipulated period. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner prefers a revision against the order impugned before the appropriate authority within two weeks from today, same may be decided in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of its filing.
