¶1The prayer in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to mutate the names of the petitioners in the revenue record so that they are able to get 64% of the enhanced compensation and 7% developed land.

¶2Sri Aditya Bhushan Singhal, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3 states that the petitioners are claiming on basis of Will and unless their names are recorded in the revenue record or they file succession certificate, the Authority would not be in position to process their claim.

¶3Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to get their names mutated in the revenue record or file succession certificate before the Authority so as to enable the Authority to process their claim relating to additional compensation and allotment of developed land.

¶4It is further provided that in case the petitioners comply with the above requirement and produce evidence in this regard before the Authority, it will take decision in relation to the claim of the petitioners within a period of eights week from the date of filing of the documents.
