¶1Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shashikant Kushwaha, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2 as well as Sri Achal Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 3.

¶2In pursuance of the order dated 24.11.2023, respondent no.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate Atarra, District Banda is personally present in the Court today.

¶3Vide order dated 03.11.2023 passed by respondent no.2, correction has been done in the revenue records and names of respondent nos.4 to 7 has been deleted and as such, the prayer as sought through the instant petition has already redressed.

¶4In view thereof, there is hardly any cause of action arises in favour of petitioner to pursue the instant petition.

¶5Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
