The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing District Magistrate/ Collector, respondent no. 2 to decide the Complaint dated 11.8.2023 (Annexure No. 1) filed by the petitioner under Section 95 (1) (g) of UP Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to decide the complaint made by the petitioner under the Act. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to decide Complaint dated 11.8.2023 (Annexure No. 1) filed by the petitioner under Section 95 (1) (g) of UP Panchayat Raj Act, 1947, expeditiously, after hearing the parties concerned, in accordance with law provided there is no other legal impediment.
