¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Principal Judge Family Court No.2, Azamgarh for early decision of Application under Section 128 Cr.P.C. dated 30.05.2019 filed in Case No.79 of 2014 (Smt. Ram Rati vs. Ram Surat Chauhan) within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Principal Judge Family Court No.2, Azamgarh to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
