¶1Prayer of petitioner to expedite the proceedings in Case No. 57 (Anjani Kumar Singh vs. State), under Section 5(Ga) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 is considered since learned counsel for petitioner has given undertaking that on next dates either petitioner himself or through Advocate will appear even in a circumstance when there is a call by Advocates for abstention from judicial work.

¶2The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with observation that concerned authority will take all endeavor to decide aforesaid case expeditious, preferably within a period of three months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
