¶1Heard Km. Azmi Begum, learned counsel for petitioners and perused the record.

¶2Petitioners have sought a relief to ensure compliance of orders passed in consolidation proceedings to demarcate the chaks.

¶3It has been pointed out that proceedings were undertaken and notice was also issued for demarcation on 26.10.2023. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that till date demarcation has not been done.

¶4In aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that concerned authority will take all endeavor to proceed further in pursuance of notice issued on 26.10.2023, which is annexed alongwith this writ petition, expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
