¶1Heard Sri Abhishek Kumar Saroj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Arvind Kumar Goswami, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 to 5.

¶2Considering the nature of the order that is proposed to be passed, notice upon the private respondents is hereby dispensed with.

¶3Present petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, has been filed seeking direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) II, Jaunpur to decide the Civil Suit No. 334 of 1991 (Rajkumar vs. Akil Ahmad & others), within the time stipulated by this Court.
