¶1Heard Sri Vipin Chandra Pal, Advocate holding brief of Sri Mohit Baisla, learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record.

¶2The writ petition is filed with the prayer to direct concerned respondents to demarcate land of petitioner and handover possession of same.

¶3Consolidation Officer, Muzaffarnagar vide order dated

21.03.2023 has allowed application filed by petitioner under Rule 109-A of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1954 with the direction for Amaldaramad. It appears that this order has not been complied with though a further application was filed, wherein Consolidation Officer has directed Assistant Consolidation Officer to take action on 26.09.2023.

¶4In aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that Assistant Consolidation Officer concerned will take all endeavor to ensure that direction of Consolidation Officer complied with expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
