¶1This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the application filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "SARFAESI Act") being Case No. 2425 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. D202306370002425), (Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd. vs. Smt. Kalpana Meena Devi & Others) be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.

¶2Sri Arvind Kumar Pandey, learned Standing Counsel states that the case shall be decided as expeditiously as possible.

¶3Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we direct that the case being Case No. 2425 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. D202306370002425) filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act (Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd. vs. Smt. Kalpana Meena Devi & Others) be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
