¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Sri Alok Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents no.2 and 3.

¶2There is absolutely no merit in the writ petition. The petitioner if is aggrieved by the interest calculation etc. between the period 21.01.2019 and 13.07.2023 then he may avail the benefit of One Time Settlement scheme as has been floated by the Government vide Government Order dated 04.11.2023.

¶3No interference is warranted in the matter.
