¶1After some arguments, learned counsel confined his prayer only to direct the court below to decide injunction application filed in the Suit No.1466 of 2018 (Shyam Sundar Singh Vs. Pramod Singh) expeditiously.

¶2In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite party to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite party feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved.

¶3The matter is pending before the Court below since 2018 and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. It is argued that the next date fixed in the matter is 12.12.2023.

¶4This Court has already issued a circular/letter dated 16.8.2017 bearing No.CL No.24/Admn. G-II, dated Allahabad 16.8.2017 by which all the subordinate courts is directed to ensure disposal of interim injunction applications within six months failing which, they shall have to record reasons.

¶5In the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of circular/letter issued by this Court, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid injunction application, if possible, on the next date fixed in the matter. If on account of any reason, the same could not be decided, the aforesaid application be decided within a period of two weeks thereafter but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
