Shakir @ Gotariya and others, including the charge sheet dated 24.11.2019 filed in Case Crime No. 376 of 2019, under Sections 429, 120-B I.P.C., Section 11Tha Animals Cruelty Act and Section 4/25 Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Kotwali, District Pilibhit. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicants does not press this application and prays for withdrawal. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
