Considering the fact that FIR has only been lodged on 26.09.2023 and the accused are in matrimonial relationship, we do not find any occasion for this Court to interfere in the matter or to issue any direction at this stage. In the facts of the case, remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the concerned Magistrate, if she is not satisfied with the progress of investigation even after expiry of reasonable time.
