¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent-authorities to award proper compensation for Plot Nos.270, 322 and 346 belonging to the petitioner.

¶2Shri Rajiv Gupta, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that it is evident from representation dated 04.10.2023 that there is no actual acquisition and the claim is based on apprehension that the State would take the land of the petitioner for acquisition. He submits that in case any such decision is taken in future, the land of the affected persons would be taken either through compulsory acquisition or on the basis of mutual negotiation.
