¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.

¶2It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that in Original Suit No.645 of 2021 (Shobharani and others Vs. Mahesh Kumar and another), an order was passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division) Farrukhabad on 25.11.2022 by which an application No.21C2 filed under Order 12 Rule 6 C.P.C. was allowed in favour of the plaintiff-petitioner and a further direction was also given to prepare the Preliminary Decree. It is argued that thereafer an Application No.32C2 was filed with the prayer to prepare the Final Decree. On the aforesaid application, the Court below directed to Amin concerned to submit its report. It is argued that the aforesaid application is still pending and considerable time has already been lapsed.

¶3In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid appliation strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously from the date of production of certified copy before the Court below but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
