¶1Sri Jai Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the subsequent developments, the appellant does not wish to pursue the appeal and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

¶2Sri Praveen Kumar, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Madhur Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection.

¶3The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn, accordingly.
