The order itself is on 27.10.2023 and it is not clear that as to whether such order has been challenged before the appropriate forum or not? In the facts of the case, the remedy of the petitioner would be to seek execution of the order before the competent forum, if it has become final and the writ petition would not be entertained for such purposes.
