Applicant has approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 19.10.2023 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, IIIrd, Jaunpur in Case No. 722 of 2020, titled Tabassum Bano Vs. Mohd. Mohseen Khan, whereby maintenance of Rs.2,000/- per month has been awarded under Section 125 Cr.P.C. to the wife. Heard learned counsel for applicant. No case is made out for exercise of inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. as the impugned order is reviseable. The application is accordingly, dismissed.
