This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the Trial court for early decision of Session Trial No. 314 of 2022 (State Vs. Rahul @ Kalu), arising out of Case Crime No. 0842 of 2021, under Sections-147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C., Police Station-Modi Nagar, District-Ghaziabad. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2022. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
