Learned AGA states that since the petitioner has statutory remedy of filing an appeal against the impugned order of externment as such we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition directly filed against the order of externment. It is however provided that in the event, petitioner preferred an appeal within a week along with a certified copy of this order, the same shall be entertained without raising any objection with regard to limitation. It is also provided that stay application filed in the appeal shall be heard within two weeks of its filing. Subject to the above observations made, this petition is consigned to records.
