¶1Since the first information report has been lodged in Case Crime No.217 of 2023 only on 5.9.2023, we do not find any unusual delay in conclusion of investigation, which may require any direction by this Court to expedite it. Even otherwise, in the event, petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation, his remedy would be to approach the concerned Magistrate under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.
