1.Heard learned counsel for the petiioner and learned AGA for the State.

2.This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "a. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to conduct proper and fair investigation in Case Crime No. 0171/2019, U/s 419, 420, 467, 468, 506 IPC, Police Station George Town, District Prayagraj. "

3.Learned AGA has informed the Court that a final report has been furnished by the police after investigation and the same has been filed today in the Court of ACJM-7, Prayagraj.

¶4Under the circumstances, nothing further is required to be done in the writ petition.
