¶1Since the first information report in Case Crime No.347 of 2023 has been lodged only on 6.10.2023, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition filed with the prayer to direct the respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation expeditiously. Even otherwise, in the event, petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation, his remedy would be to approach the concerned Magistrate under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.
