¶1Today when the matter is taken up, it is very fairly argued by Shri Bheem Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners that due to subsequent development the present writ petition has become infructuous.

¶2This fact has not been opposed by Shri Niraj Tiwari, learned Counsel and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents.
