¶1Present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant - Sitara in Case Crime No. 116 of 2023, under Section 379 I.P.C., Police Station - Meerapur, District - Muzaffarnagar.

¶2Earlier, in this anticipatory bail application, the applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated

10.10.2023 for a limited period and the charge-sheet has been submitted in this matter. The interim protection was extended on subsequent date.

¶3It is submitted that the liberty granted to the applicant by way of interim protection dated 10.10.2023 has not been misused by her and she has been cooperative throughout the investigation. No custodial interrogation is required in the matter. In case the applicant is granted anticipatory bail, she will not misuse the liberty of bail and would obey all conditions of bail.

¶4In view of the above, the protection, earlier granted to the applicant vide order dated 10.10.2023 by this Court, which was extended on subsequent date, is extended till end of the trial in the matter.
