¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent-Authorities to allot alternate plot to the petitioner in place of plot no. 22/1 Village Tusiyana, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar and to decide the representation of the petitioner filed in this behalf dated 20th July, 2023 by a reasoned and speaking order.

¶2The case of the petitioner is that she was allotted the aforesaid plot by the Greater NOIDA Authority in pursuance of the directions issued by the Full Bench in Gajraj Vs. State of U.P. and others, 2011 (11) ADJ 1. However, till date the petitioner is not able to utilise the said plot as it is being used as thoroughfare by the villagers. The petitioner has filed application before the Greater NOIDA Authority on 20th July, 2023 raising her grievances. Since, no decision has been taken on the same, therefore, the instant petition has been filed.

¶3Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Greater NOIDA Authority states that the request of the petitioner for allotment of alternate plot, shall be considered, in accordance with law.

¶4Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.1 to take decision on the request of the petitioner for allotment of alternate plot within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with the photocopy of the representation dated 20th July, 2023 or such other representation as may be filed along with order of this Court.
