This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the Trial court for early decision of Case No. 14 of 2018 (State Vs. Mohd. Asif), arising out of Case Crime No. 389 of 2017, under Sections-147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 353, 307, 336, 427, 504, 506, 34 IPC & 3/4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, Police Station-Didauli, District-Jyotiba Phule. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2018. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
