Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that due to erroneous advise, petitioners have filed a revision petition without availing the alternative remedy of filing an appeal. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal and order impugned may not come in way. I have considered the submissions and perused the impugned order. The Revision was dismissed only on ground that against an order passed by Consolidation Officer, appeal at instance of other parties is still pending, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal.
