¶1Heard Sri Kirtikar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a compliant before the Consolidation Commissioner in respect of certain irregularities. He further submits that the matter was referred to Settlement Officer, Consolidation who has communicated by way of letter dated 27.2.2023 that order was passed after hearing parties and same was also challenged by way of filing a revision by petitioner before Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ballia.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is still aggrieved since complaint was decided by the Officer against whom allegations were made and that Revision Petition is still pending.

¶4I have carefully perused the communication dated 27.2.2023. The Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Ballia has communicated that order passed was challenged by way of revision petition, therefore, legal remedy to file revision petition was availed, therefore, there is no illegality in the communication. Revision Petition is still pending. The Revisional Authority will decide Revision Petition in accordance with law. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all legally permissible submissions before the Revisional Authority.
