¶1Heard Sri K.N. Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Appeal No. 2454 of 2023 (Kanti Devi vs. Jaswant Singh Yadav and others), under Section 11(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 pending before Settlement Officer of Consolidation (Administration), Jaunpur is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
