¶1Heard Shri D.N. Shukla, Advocate appearing for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking early disposal of Original Suit No.2108 of 2018 (Pawan Tiwari vs. Poonam Awasthi) that is stated to be pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kanpur Nagar.

¶3From the record, it appears that the aforesaid original suit was filed by the plaintiff-respondent seeking a decree of permanent injunction with regard to an immovable property situate at House No.47/119, Hatia, Kanpur Nagar having the boundaries shown in the schedule of the plaint.

¶4The certified copy of the order-sheet has not been enclosed to evince as to what is the stage of proceedings. Despite being repeatedly asked, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to inform why he has not enclosed the certified copy of the order-sheet. The photocopy of the order-sheet reflects that on 07.10.2021, the issues were framed.

¶5Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it to be a fit case for interference. As such, the relief sought for is declined.
