¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner-Company dated 23.10.2023 and to release the mortgaged properties given by the petitioner as security for the external development charges. In the representation, the petitioner has objected to the rate of interest being charged and has also raised some other pleas.

¶2Sri Dharmendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Development Authority very fairly states that the representation has to be decided by the development authority.

¶3Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2023 by a speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation.
