¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2With regard to the Bank from which the petitioner had taken a loan, it appears that the official liquidator was seized with the matter with regard to the liquidation of the bank.

¶3If the petitioner is aggrieved by any order which has been passed by the official liquidator, he may approach the official liquidator himself for the redressal of his grievances.
