¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Stay Application dated

01.05.2023 as well as Appeal No. 339 of 2023 (Old No. 446/2022) (Mata Prasad and others vs. Harishchand and others), under Section 21(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 pending before Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Azamgarh is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
