¶1Grievance of the petitioner is that payments due to him for the work done under a contract are not being made by the respondents. The representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2023 is pending in this behalf.

¶2Sri Gambhir Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3 states that representation dated 07.07.2023 will be decided by respondent no.3.

¶3Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, we dispose of the instant writ petition with the direction to respondent no.3 - Authority to decide the representation dated
