¶1Sri S.S. Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that he seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh as on the presenting of the writ petition, instructions, under the signature of the District Inspector of Schools, Varanasi was forwarded, a copy whereof, under the orders of the Court, was served upon him. He seeks to examine the same and seeks to file a fresh writ petition as according to him the writ petition is not properly constituted.
