¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated

31.08.2022 giving rise to Case Crime No. 375 of 2022, under Sections 420, 419, 467, 468, 120-B IPC, Police Station-Kotwali, District-Jhansi.

¶3Learned counsel for the parties submit that they have entered into compromise out of court, which has been reduced to writing.

¶4Parties are directed to produce the alleged compromise before the Investigating Officer, who shall examine and consider the same and thereafter proceed strictly, in accordance with law.
